Yonder: Gooseberry Fool Imperial Pastry Sour (440ml)

The Fool Series is a trio of imperial fruit sours, loaded with seasonal fruits and inspired by the Fruit Fool; a classic dessert with stewed fruit and cream, or custard.

Rhubarb, Gooseberry and Raspberry are the focus in each beer and we have piled loads of fruit of top of a strong, sour base, brewed with our mixed cultures and balanced with a touch of lactose and vanilla.
