Northern Monk: Amy Hastings PP34.03 The Fool Fruited IPA (440ml)

Our third Patrons Project release with Amy Hastings is The Fool. We were inspired by a traditional Fruit Fool dessert for this release, turning our hand to a fruited IPA. We’ve selected fruits that are commonly used in a Fools dessert – strawberry, gooseberry & blackberry.

We invited Bristol’s Left Handed Giant in on this fruit dessert of a beer.
