Bluntrock: Lightspeed DIPA (440ml)

Lightspeed is a BIG DIPA. We’ve taken the grist from Double Pagan and INCREASED the volume – making this one of our biggest mashes to date – and adjusted the hop varieties for maximum juice. Instead of Pagan Juice’s mix of “classic” varieties, we’ve gone for a straight two-piece-suite of El Dorado and Azacca. Two honker hops, battling over the limelight. They’re equally matched in the dry hop, with Azacca having the hot side spotlight. Expect melon, kiwi and gooseberry, as well as pineapple, candied orange peel and sticky tangerine from the El Dorado, all of which flourishes under a subtly herbaceous and floral cloud.
