Welcome to our new hazy IPA series! This time we’re showcasing Mosaic – a hop known for its tropical & stone fruit notes. We’ve added the majority of hops during the whirlpool and dry hop to create a big punchy aroma, with the rest going in mid-boil because we miss beers having a little bite of bitterness! Heavy on the flaked oats and wheat, expect a bright hazy IPA oozing with fresh American hop.
