We linked up with the awesome folks at Aaben Bryg and reunited with our old brewer Jack, who’s been turning his mad pilot kit recipes into big-league magic.
Together, we celebrated Pomona, the Roman goddess of orchards and harvest. With a generous malt base giving a rich burnt sienna glow, this Apple and Blackberry Crumble Sour is pudding poured into a glass. The aroma drifts like steam from a windowsill pie, tempting you closer. Tart apple and juicy blackberry are layered with biscuity crumble notes. A flavour that drifts between orchard-fresh fruit, Sunday comforts, and the lingering ghost of Nan’s best dessert.
