Our most mango-packed beer yet! We started with a base fermented for four months in tank using our most tropical-forward yeast strains, building layers of overripe tropical fruit, juicy fruit gummies, and a subtle touch of Brettanomyces funk. From there, we refermented it on an enormous 300 g/L of Indian Alphonso mango, amplifying the lush, fruit-saturated character to the max.

Holy Goat: Mirabelle Sour Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Mirabelle Plums (375ml)
Our house culture of Brettanomyces was aged for four months with a base beer of Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown oats. We refermented this base with 220g/l of Mirabelle plums. Referred to as the ‘queen of plums’ Mirabelle’s are a golden variety renowned for their sweetness and complex layered flavours, notably honey, peach and apricot.
