Aroma – Fresh apple, green apple, floral blossom

Taste – Effervescent, crisp and refreshing acidity, balanced with a light sweetness and a delicate tannin structure. Medium bodied, good depth of fresh apple flavour.

Sweetness – Medium (a touch sweeter than High Diver)

ABV – 4.2%
