Citra leads the charge in this DIPA but is supported perfectly by it’s good friend Galaxy and aided by the newly named Talus. Bursting with peach, pineapple, passion fruit and citrus from the buddies Citra and Galaxy, Talus brings an interesting twist to the party with it’s pink grapefruit, rose water and herbal touch. This all sits on top over a smooth slightly sweet body providing a gentle playground for this hop combo to shine. For the interested, Talus is a new hop bred from Sabro and as such shares some of the unique citrus and herbal characteristics yet displays more turkish delight and grapefruit than it’s mother.
