Polly’s Brew Co: Fashion Lounge Pale Ale (440ml)

As hop pairings go, we’re pretty hard pressed to find a combination that has brought us as much joy from a brewing (and drinking) point of view than El Dorado and Mosaic.

Whether it was that first graffiti-laden design on that early Loka Polly IPA up to today, there’s just something about this pairing that works so well with our beers. Fashion Lounge is an attempt on our part to bring everything we loved about that now-legendary Originals Range IPA to the present day and compressed into pale ale strength.

The flavour intensity is certainly there – Mosaic bringing the ripe to burst clementines, blueberries, and mango, before El Dorado brings that characteristic pineapple, pear, and (no, we’re being deadly serious) jelly tot sweetness to the party. Crammed into a steady 5.1% strength, this is a beer perfect for sharing with pals over a pint.
