SINGLE HOP SERIES – LUMINOSA Our single hop series continues, with Luminosa being this month’s hop of choice. Whereas the IPA HBC 1019 exhibits intensity, Luminosa leans into a more delicate arc, lightness and brightness as the name suggests, clean citrus character, a touch of peach / guava. The IPA naturally carries more weight, bringing tropical fruit to proceedings. The Pale Ale leans further into the citrus sheen it inherited from its Pacific Northwestern ancestor.
