English style barleywine brewed with Maris Otter malt, whole leaf Harlequin hops, & a blend of ester-forward English ale yeasts. Aged in 10-year-old Highland Park whisky barrels (ex-sherry) to impart rich dried fruit, spice & light smoky sweetness, before blending back with an un-barrel aged stock ale.
