Up Front Brewing: Hella Pils West Coast Pilsner (440ml)

A distinct but restrained West-Coast twist on a classic German Pilsner. Brewed with floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt, whole leaf Warrior, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic, and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra Lupocore. Fermented at 9C on a classic German lager yeast, and lagered for 30+ days. Clean and crisp bready malt base, with citrus, tropical and slight dank hop notes, balanced with a robust bitterness.
