Great to have Luke Una back again and we’ve pushed the boat out for this IPA. The whirlpool is chock full of citrussy Amarillo and we then dosed Mosaic Incognito directly into the fermenter for added oomph! Dry hopped hugely with an exciting combination of some of the most pungent hops we have at
our disposal.
